Family Business Strong for 43 Years!

Thank You for Helping Us Over the Past 43 Years!

In June 1975, (one month after I was born) my dad and uncle, Jim & Jon Alauria accepted a loan and a lot of encouragement from my grandpa, Archie Alauria, to start 3-A Automotive Service (hence three A’s). After Jon decided to leave the company in 1976, my dad continued to build the company with my Grandpa’s part-time help until he outgrew the little three bay shop at 1931 W. Cheryl Drive and was able to purchase our current location on Hatcher Road in 1989.

In 2000, I moved back to Phoenix after I was done going to college and pursuing college and professional hockey. I was ready to help my dad take the business to the next level as well as help him put the systems in place so he could step away from the day-to-day operations over time. We knew that the key to our success in the future would be by focusing on the things that made 3A a success in the past.

Fast-Forward to 2015, which marked my dad’s 40th Anniversary in business as well the year my dad and I would start the process for the business to change hands from father to son. The sale was made official in May 2016 and my wife and I became the second-generation owners of 3A.

It is an honor to have the opportunity to live the American Dream and take over the ownership of our family business. Our vision is to continue my dad’s legacy by ensuring 3A provides you with friendly, honest auto service that will ensure your vehicles remain reliable, valuable and safe!

Thank you for helping us over the past 43 years!
